Dr. Smith was a captain in the USAF Dental
Corp from 1982-1985. In 1986 he founded Golden Hill Dentistry in Lakewood. He has staff privileges at St. Anthony
Centura Hospital for dental/facial trauma, and has been practicing there since 1985.
Education:
Dr. Smith has over 1000 hours in continuing
education including mini-residency in Orthodontics, Implants and Bone Grafting, Endodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry, TMD, and
the new oral conscious sedation, Anxiolysis.
